Horndalsnuten

Horndalsnuten is not the highest mountain in the region of Voss, but it is still in many ways the greatest. The summit offers a great view of Voss Village, Lake Vangsvatnet and the valleys around.

The hill walk to Horndalsnuten is more than a strenuous climb. With an easy pace, we wander through the mountain landscape on good trails. At the top expect the sight of Voss, Hardanger and several of the largest glaciers in Norway. If the weather is good we can actually see many of the 2000-meter peaks of Jotunheimen.
